Wednesday was the final day of a summer of fun for kids in a local community who spent the last three months meeting twice a week exploring nature and having fun learning. Michelle Sears wanted to give her children more to do than just watch television or play video games this summer, so she began to plan a weekly program that would involve interactive learning as a part of their summer activities. As her ideas came together and her program was formed, she wanted to offer other parents the unique experience for their kids to get more out of their summer.
