A Baltimore man suspected of tossing Molotov cocktails into parked vehicles in Pasadena early this year has been charged with arson and other offenses. A burning car also damaged a nearby home. Charles Earnest Maynard, 49, was charged Friday with nine counts, including first- and second-degree arson, malicious burning of personal property, manufacturing and use of a destructive device, and destruction of property, according to electronic court records.
