The Retired Officers' Wives' Club will host its opening brunch at Club Meade on Fort George G. Meade at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The guest speaker will be Col. Daniel Thomas, installation commander who will present plans and programs for the year. Also, there will be information about the club and news from other clubs in the community.

The cost of the brunch is $14.

Reservations are required by noon tomorrow and can be made by calling Betty Wade at 410-551-7082.

Nonmembers are welcome to attend on a trial basis, but would need to become a member to attend future meetings.
