| | OUTDOORS: A fresh take on fishing the Maryland waters

Maryland is unique; it has among the best of salty ocean, tidewater and freshwater angling to be found in the nation and I have thoroughly enjoyed it all for more than 51 years. Admittedly my writing heavily favors waters of brine where my constituents fish, but hearing from anglers who fish sweetwaters can make my day. One such e-mail arrived from 16-year-old Logan Bryant of Linthicum whose angling efforts are primarily directed to the Potomac, Susquehanna and Patapsco above the tidewater line.
