COACHING: Ken Lucas returns for his second year after presiding over the Eagles inaugural campaign in 2007. Chris Hagan and Norman Marsh return from last year’s staff, while Lucas has doubled the staff in an effort to add a little more to the team’s practices. The Eagles were 1-7 last season, their first as a program.

OFFENSE: Freshman Chris Chick has overtaken senior Mike Wayne, last year’s starter, as the starting quarterback, according to Lucas.

Due to the personnel of the team, AACS will run the spread offense to try to get the ball in as many hands as possible.
