Jean Blanchard

Jean Mary Blanchard, 81, a 49-year resident of Riviera Beach and a member of the Sodality at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Roman Catholic Church, died Aug. 24 at FutureCare Chesapeake after a two-year illness.

Mrs. Blanchard was born Sept. 4, 1926, in Baltimore, where she also lived before moving to Riviera Beach.

She enjoyed bowling and shopping.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Harry Joseph Blanchard.

Family and friends may visit from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, 169 Riviera Drive in Pasadena.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m....
