If you're trying to sell a home in Anne Arundel County, here's a little confidence boost: Home sale prices in almost every corner of the county have fallen only in single-digit increments so far this year when compared with 2007, according to an analysis by Capital Gazette Newspapers. While Annapolis still commands higher prices, the analysis of county data indicates the trend holds true with homes in more affordable areas. Although the 21060 ZIP code of Glen Burnie saw a 35 percent drop in the number of homes sold, the year-to-date average median sale price was $245,971, only a 3.2-percent drop from a year...
